A Method of Making Ice Barrel of food grade ice machine

The ice bucket of a food grade ice machine includes a cylindrical ice bucket body, a refrigeration mechanism arranged around the ice bucket body, an upper cover plate covering the upper end of the ice bucket body, and a reducer mounted on the upper cover plate. The ice bucket body is internally provided with a dispersing water tray fixed to the reducer, which is dispersed. The water tray is connected to the water tank at the lower end of the ice bucket body through the intake pipe, and the water in the water tank is pumped to the water tray by a water pump arranged on the intake pipe. An ice crushing mechanism fixedly connected with the ice tray is arranged at the lower part of the water tray and near the inner wall of the ice bucket body. The ice crushing mechanism includes ice crushing parallel to the axis of the ice bucket body. The ice knife on the ice crushing shaft is spirally wound with a shaft. The ice bucket body is a composite structure. The inner wall of the ice bucket is a heat exchange layer made of stainless steel and the outer wall of the ice bucket is a base layer made of steel.
